Public Relations

KCCD partners with many local organizations on conservation efforts!  Local organizations include: Banklick Watershed Council, Kenton Conservancy, Kenton County Parks and Recreation, NKY Chapter Sierra Club, NKY Urban & Community Forestry Council, and Kenton County Cooperative Extension Service. 

KCCD hosts a booth at the Kenton County Fair.  Booth visitors receive information on the MVHA, program brochures, and promotional giveaways. Make sure to stop by and see us!

  KCCD participates in the annual Independence Christmas Walk. KCCD displays and distributes educational information promoting conserving our natural resources. This event attracts thousands of visitors, an excellent opportunity to promote conservation!
